Uma Polka Dot Printed Puff Sleeve Sweater

The Uma sweater features black polka dots on a brilliant blue background. The puff sleeves and tapered waist give it an elevated and dressy look. It does have stretch to it as this is a one-size fits most from sizes small to large. On the length, note that it does hit right around hip length (so on the shorter side).
